Our Large Format Printer Unique Features

Only a few manufactures of the Large Format Printer's has access to these features. Fortunately we are one of them.

Our Bulk Ink System is included in all printer packages with no extra cost. With two levels of ink supply for printing continuity, it is easy to refill and cheap to run.

We use wide pinch rollers to reduce press marks which can be lifted up and put down by the press of a button for even pressure distribution.

A Rolled Media Feeding Device has been integrated in the printer body for parallel paper feeding and increased media tension for flatness.

Super flat printing surface with vacuum holes and additional sensors which supplies a message and pauses printing when running out of printing media.

The Servo Motors used on the printing axis features fast printing speed and high accuracy movement which in turn results in high quality printing results.

The printing status can easily be seen thank to the Status Indication Light which is a very useful feature in the working environment as it helps to increase productivity.

Common Large Format Printer Features

Every Large Format Printer should have those features, which is considered industrial standard.

The printing head, printing station, head cleaning and waste ink disposal mechanism are required to be accessed easily for maintenance.

The ink levels can be adjusted for optimized ink pressure and continues smooth flow which is very important for high quality print.

Printing media and printing papers are always very heavy. Therefore, strong and easy-to-push stands with wheels are very important for an easy to use printer.

Before-Print Heating, In-Print Heating and After-Print Heating with precision temperature control, increases printing quality and decreases the ink drying time.

High speed 100BASE-TX Networking with up to 100 meter cable distance for easy office layout and fast printing data transfer.

Every digital controlled device must have an Emergency Button for safety reasons.

Bi-directional Printing and Printing Passes

While many Large Format Printers is able to print in one direction only, our FastCOLOUR Large Format Printer provides bi-directional printing which in turn enables continuous printing at every pass and keeps the output time strictly to the minimum. Printing in single pass in turn results in decreased turnaround time, whilst printing in multi pass increases the printing quality but results in slower printing. The amount of passes printed does not affect the ink consumption. The printing speed for our FastCOLOUR Printer is about:

The printing speed is based on the size you are printing, e.g. full bed size. As for rectangular shapes, printing vertically is slower than printing horizontally, seeing that the moving speed in the horizontal direction is faster and results in less printing passes as well.
